Project Process

  • Once we receive your project inquiry, we'll assign a dedicated project manager to schedule an introductory call and site visit. We'll walk through your project goals, schedule, budget, and design intent to generate your project proposal.

  • Within a week of the initial site walk, we'll provide you with a tailored proposal that includes a breakdown of the schedule, budget, and any applicable cost alternatives. We'll review the proposal with you to ensure that your desired project goals are fully realized.

  • We can act in various capacities, including managing the permit process and tenant coordination. We also work closely with preferred architects, designers, and vendors to ensure the successful completion of your project.

  • Your project manager will be your primary point of contact, keeping you updated throughout the construction process with photo documentation and regular project updates. At project closeout, we conduct a final site walk-through to create a punch list and provide an itemized list of materials and quantities for tax deductions or accelerated depreciation purposes.

  • For our partnered clients, we create a client profile that includes custom specifications, preferred finishes, and vendors to ensure consistent results and cost efficiency for future projects.
